Paddle Sports Demo Day

Looking for a fun, family-friendly event this weekend? The City of Lowell has partnered with Oregon Paddle Sports to bring a demo day to Lowell State Park. Come check out the best the paddling industry has to offer and paddle them all for FREE! Canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, and MORE! This Saturday at Lowell State Park from 11:00-4:00.

Outdoor Burning Temporarily Suspended

Online Bill Pay Service

The City of Lowell has online bill payment service. We have partnered with Xpress Bill Pay, the premier provider for online payment systems.

To sign up, go to the City of Lowell website at www.ci.lowell.or.us and click on “Online Bill Pay” at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you may also visit the Xpress Bill Pay website at www.xpressbillpay.com.

Green Waste Facility Open - Extended Hours this Saturday, March 30 from 10:-00-2:00

The Green Waste Facility (Sewer Plant, 240 South Moss Street) will be open Monday - Friday from 9:00-5:00 until further notice to accept tree limbs and other yard debris. If you do not have access to a truck or trailer, please contact City Hall for assistance and place the yard debris behind the curb or sidewalk .Staff will pickup debris over the next several weeks.
