The Lowell City Hall and Library will be closed Monday, January 20, for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Lowell City Hall will close December 31 at Noon and January 1 for New Years Day. As a reminder, we accept utility payments via mail, City Hall drop box, and online. Happy New Years!

The Covered Bridge and Tree Lighting is scheduled for Saturday, December 3 at 5:00 p.m. This year we once again hope to feature local carolers, Mr. and Mrs. Claus, and the Lowell High School Band. Coffee, hot chocolate, cider, and cookies will be provided.----  watch for updates

Due to congestion, parking at the Covered Bridge is limited to patrons with a handicap permit. FREE shuttle service will be available at the Maggie Osgood Library (70 North Pioneer Street) starting at 4:30 p.m. We hope to see you there!
