The City of Lowell is updating our Parks and Open Space Master Plan and developing a Downtown Master Plan. Parks and recreation facilities are key services that can enhance our community’s overall quality of life and sense of place. Downtown areas play a central role in our community’s social and economic vitality. Please take a moment to complete a short survey that seeks your input on what existing features in Lowell’s parks and open spaces are working well and what could be improved.

Covered Bridge Regatta

Dexter Lake has been ranked as a top 10 venue in the country for the sport of rowing. In April, the community hosts one  of the largest regattas in the Pacific Northwest, bringing collegiate and master's teams from Florida to Washington. The event is  organized by the Oregon Association of Rowers.
