Annual Water Quality Report

The Federal Safe Drinking Water Act requires the City of Lowell to provide an annual report with information
about the quality of the community’s drinking water. The annual report includes information about
possible water contaminants and Lowell’s source of drinking water.

For the year 2023, the City of Lowell exceeded all federal water quality requirements. A copy of the complete
