Public Safety Survey

The Lowell City Council is conducting an evaluation of our law enforcement services. This includes reviewing available crime data, potential service alternatives, and soliciting public input. A survey has been included with your recent utility bill. Please take a few minutes to review, complete, and return this short five (5) question survey. Results will be reviewed by the City Council at the December 4 Work Session and posted on the City’s website at www.ci.lowell.or.us.
