City Council Special Meeting and Executive Session

This is a special meeting of City Council to approve a memorandum of understanding with the State Library of Oregon.

An Executive Session will follow to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions, pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e). – Review offer received for sale of 8 N. Hyland Lane. (Estimated timeframe – 15 minutes). The City Council will return to Open Session and may take action on items discussed in Executive Sesssion.
