Planning Commission

The Planning Commission reviews long range planning issues, neighborhood planning, and amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and implementing ordinances. The Planning Commission focuses on land use policy issues and makes recommendations to the City Council on such issues, based on criteria outlined in the City's Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code.

Due to COVID-19, Planning Commission meetings are being held electronically through a live web conference. Members of the public may provide testimony using any of the following methods:

2. Joining the web conference by video at the Maggie Osgood Library, located at 70 North Pioneer Street.
3. In writing, by mailing testimony to P.O. Box 490, Lowell, OR 97452.
4. In writing, by submitting testimony via the dropbox at City Hall, located at 107 East Third Street, Lowell, OR 97452
