Spotlight
The City of Lowell and our Library Committee have launched a capital campaign to fund the renovation of the new Maggie Osgood Library. Our goal is to develop a facility that provides a welcoming, supportive environment for the entire community with resources for education, entertainment, and community events.
MED-Project is issuing Lowell City Hall Unwanted Medicine Mail-Back Envelopes to be distributed to residents upon request. These 'Unwanted Medicine Mail-Back Envelopes' are to be used for unwanted and/or expired medicine from residents and contain instructions on a paper insert within each envelope.
Unwanted Medicine Mail-Back Envelopes cannot be used for pre-filled injector products or inhalers.
