Public Records Request Form
Making a request for public records
A request for public records that are in the custody of the City of Lowell may be made by submitting a written request to the City Administrator in person at the contact information listed on this website.
The request may be submitted in person, by mail, by fax, or by e-mail.
The request must: include the name and contact information of the person requesting the public record; and include a sufficiently detailed description of the records(s) to allow the City of Lowell to search for and identify responsive records. The request must be dated.
