Nestled in the Cascade foothills, Lowell is surrounded by three magnificent lakes and several Covered Bridges including the Lowell Covered Bridge Interpretive Center located just off Highway 58 which is one of the entrances to our city. The
Interpretive Center is adjacent to a roadside rest area and is overlooking Dexter Lake. What a great place to watch the sunset. So bring your picnic lunch and watch the sun go down over Dexter Lake. And don’t forget your camera!
Lowell’s friendly community is known for its great outdoor recreation such as fishing, hiking, water skiing, sailing, boating, camping, wakeboarding and swimming at the three reservoirs that surround the city.
